Occasionally, your order may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging. This happens because we use Amazon’s 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) service for faster and more reliable delivery.
While it's not common, Amazon may sometimes use their own packaging during the shipping process. We appreciate your understanding as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
We ship orders based on your location to ensure faster delivery:
– U.S. customers: Orders are shipped from within the USA
– Canadian customers: Orders are shipped from within Canada
This approach helps us avoid long delivery times and get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
